  • How can I request a withdrawal?
    Simply log in to your account, access the Banking section, click on Withdrawal, specify the amount you want to withdraw, and click Submit to complete the action.
  • How do I track my withdrawal status?
    To check the status of your withdrawal, simply visit the Banking section of your account.
  • Can I withdraw profits to any payment method?
    Profits can only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-Wallet, and are processed separately from your initial deposit.
  • How much do withdrawals cost?
    The cost of withdrawals depends on your account type. VIP accounts have no fees, Platinum accounts get 3 free withdrawals monthly, Gold accounts get 1 monthly free withdrawal, and Basic accounts incur charges after the first free withdrawal.
  • What determines where my withdrawal is sent?
    Your withdrawal is processed to the source from which you deposited, based on the order and amounts of deposits made. If multiple payment methods were used, the withdrawal will be split accordingly. For further details, please reach out to Customer Support.
  • How soon will my withdrawal be processed?
    We process withdrawal requests within 24 business hours. However, after the funds are sent, it can take up to 5 business days to reach your withdrawal source. Ensure all documentation is up to date for a smoother process.
  • How to Find Pending Withdrawals
    After logging into your account, navigate to the Banking section and select Pending Requests to see all withdrawals in progress.
  • Tracking Previous Banking Transactions
    To view your past banking transactions, log in to your account, go to the Banking section, and click on the History tab.
  • Is There a Specific Time to Make Withdrawal Requests?
    You may make a withdrawal request at any time, but it will be processed after the required documents are verified.
  • How Much Can I Withdraw?
    There’s no minimum for credit card, Skrill, or Neteller withdrawals. However, wire transfers require a minimum of ₣100, $120, €100, £80, or ₽7,000.
  • Are There Limits on How Much I Can Withdraw?
    Withdrawals are restricted to the available funds in your account at the time of the request, not including funds invested in open trades.
